Atomicwork was founded in September 2022 by Vijay Rayapati, Kiran Darisi, and Parsuram Vijayasankar. Vijay previously founded Minjar, acquired by Nutanix in 2018, while Kiran and Parsuram were part of the founding team at Freshworks, helping take it from startup to public company. The team is building an AI-native service management platform that lets AI agents autonomously handle everyday IT, HR, and business process requests, aiming to replace legacy ITSM tools like ServiceNow with a faster, more modern alternative.
