WellHired is a curated job platform connecting professionals ("Candidates") with employers ("Employers").
By submitting information, requesting access, or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Nature of the Platform
WellHired provides a curated job-matching service. We may:
- Collect professional profile information
- Review and structure submitted information
- Generate AI-assisted summaries based on information provided
- Share relevant candidate profiles with verified Employers
- Facilitate professional introductions
We are not an employer, recruitment agency, or guarantor of employment.
3. Candidate Profile Sharing
By submitting a profile, Candidates acknowledge and agree that:
- Their professional information may be shared with Employers
- Sharing may include structured or AI-assisted summaries
- Profiles are shared for legitimate recruitment purposes only
4. Employer Responsibilities
Employers agree that:
- Candidate information shared by WellHired is provided solely for recruitment purposes
- Candidate data will be handled responsibly and in compliance with applicable data protection laws
- Candidate information will not be misused, redistributed, sold, or used for non-recruitment purposes
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if misuse is suspected.
5. Accuracy of Information
Users agree to provide accurate and truthful information. We are not responsible for inaccuracies submitted by users.
6. No Guarantee of Employment
WellHired does not guarantee:
- Interviews
- Job offers
- Employer responses
- Employment outcomes
All hiring decisions are made solely by Employers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WellHired shall not be liable for:
- Hiring decisions made by Employers
- Loss of employment opportunities
- Employer conduct or communications
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
Use of the platform is at your own discretion and risk.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
