About the role
Anaqua is expanding its development capability in Hyderabad to support and accelerate the evolution of the RightHub platform, hiring a delivery-focused Product Owner to work locally with the Hyderabad engineering team as their day-to-day product partner.
What you'll do
Act as the day-to-day product partner for the Hyderabad engineering team
Manage backlog, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria for the RightHub platform
Translate business requirements into functional requirements and process flows
Support accelerated evolution of the RightHub platform locally with engineering
Coordinate with global product stakeholders on roadmap and delivery priorities
What we're looking for
5 - 7+ years of relevant experience
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum product ownership - backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Figma for requirements and collaboration
Experience defining functional requirements and process flows for engineering teams
Strong day-to-day partnership skills, working locally and directly with an engineering team
Familiarity with AI automation as it relates to product workflows
Nice to have
Experience with Miro for process/flow mapping
