About the role

Anaqua is hiring a Product Support Engineer to support integrations on its AQX intellectual property management platform - the software that unifies workflows, data, documents, and services for corporations and law firms managing patents, trademarks, and broader IP portfolios.

What you'll do

Support customers with technical issues related to AQX platform integrations

Diagnose and troubleshoot integration and data exchange problems

Work with development teams to escalate and resolve product defects

Help ensure the intelligent, unified environment AQX provides stays reliable for IP professionals worldwide

What we're looking for

2++ years of relevant experience

Experience supporting or troubleshooting enterprise software integrations

Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing technical issues across customer environments

Comfortable working directly with customers and internal development teams

Familiarity with API-based integrations and data exchange between systems

Clear technical communication skills
