BrowserStack is hiring an Engineering Manager to innovate, develop, and deliver complex systems impacting critical business objectives. You'll architect scalable solutions to challenging problems, set up best practices across the product development lifecycle, and create clear career paths for your team through strong mentoring and regular feedback.
What you'll do
Architect innovative solutions for critical, complex problems by designing highly scalable, available, and reliable applications
Set up best practices and identify areas for continuous improvement of the product development lifecycle
Develop roadmaps for system and product growth, ensuring timely execution and quality delivery
Manage stakeholders like designers, business analysts, and product managers with delivery plans and estimates in Agile
Create clear career paths for team members through regular, deep mentoring and performance evaluation
What we're looking for
8 - 12+ years of relevant experience
8-12 years of experience at good product-based companies, preferably product startups
Strong grasp of scalable web back-end, streaming, and full-stack development, with experience handling production and performance issues
Deep understanding of technologies and architecture in highly scalable and available setups
Experience hiring and growing a top-notch engineering team, and scaling the organization
Startup experience is highly preferred
