About the role
BrowserStack is hiring a Lead/Senior Lead for Business Strategy and Operations to partner closely with Marketing and GTM leaders on shared priorities, growth strategy, and operational plans. Acting as a liaison between Marketing and wider GTM teams (Sales, Strategy & Planning, Financial Planning), you'll lead strategic planning and generate insights that drive Marketing performance across the organization.
What you'll do
Analyze unstructured, ambiguous, and complex organizational challenges, gathering insights and identifying underlying opportunities
Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research to support decision-making and shape marketing/brand strategies
Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscapes for executive decision-making
Own account, contact, and lead enrichment activities including reporting and insights via Salesforce CRM
Develop and maintain account intelligence strategies to identify profitable, high-potential accounts
What we're looking for
6 - 8+ years of relevant experience
6-8 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Strategy or Management Consulting at a leading global firm, or a high-impact Corporate Strategy role at a B2B SaaS/tech company
At least 5 years of experience in Marketing/Sales Strategy or Research roles using secondary and tertiary research methods
Must have exposure to SQL to create reports, analyses, and insights
Knowledge of tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, RocketReach, Lusha, Tracxn
An MBA from a top institution and an IIT or technology qualification is a strong plus
