About the role

Cardboard is hiring a Fullstack Engineer who can own a feature from the pixel a user clicks all the way down to the service that renders it. You'll work on genuinely hard browser problems - real-time editing, smooth playback, and large media on the client - while helping shape the AI editing experience that lets Cardboard's agent make real edits.

What we're looking for

0++ years of relevant experience

Strong engineering fundamentals with real experience owning features end to end

Comfortable moving across the stack: frontend, backend, and the infrastructure in between

Obsessed with quality and performance - notices when something feels janky and fixes it

Thrives in a fast-moving, lightly-processed environment where you set your own bar

Nice to have

Experience with media or video processing, real-time or offline-first systems, or building on top of LLMs
