About the role

Cybrilla is hiring an Associate Product Manager for Fintech Primitives, engaging with stakeholders across business, product, engineering, and operations to streamline development and ship new features. You'll write product specifications, manage project execution, and own end-to-end delivery of API modules that power mutual fund transactions for AMCs, fintech startups, and wealth management businesses.

What you'll do

Explore problem areas, ask the right questions, and propose solutions to genuine user problems

Collaborate with engineering, business development, customers, and partners to deliver the right product to market

Work closely with engineering to define action plans and break down deliverables for on-time delivery

Conceptualize, plan, and author high-quality technical and product documentation

Act as a product evangelist, supporting and coaching customers who integrate Fintech Primitives APIs

What we're looking for

2++ years of relevant experience

Minimum 2 years of software engineering experience

Genuine enthusiasm for technology and understanding of Agile delivery methodology

Ability to plan and manage a portfolio of small, medium, and large releases

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to turn ambiguous inputs into solid, actionable plans, with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
