About the role
Cybrilla is hiring a Product Manager to drive innovative Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across the Indian Mutual Fund industry, enhancing security, compliance, and user experience. You'll collaborate closely with engineers to design and implement platform-level IAM solutions, while partnering with product leadership to shape strategy and drive execution.
What you'll do
Work closely with Business Line Product Managers and Sales teams to understand identity, access, and verification problem statements
Collaborate with engineers to design and implement platform-level IAM solutions, ensuring compliance and security best practices
Create and refine domain models to support IAM and identity verification solutions
Continuously identify improvements and drive ongoing enhancements to IAM architecture and security policies
Build deep knowledge of different user personas in the Mutual Fund industry to drive user-centric IAM solutions
What we're looking for
5++ years of relevant experience
Minimum 5 years of total experience, with a significant focus on IAM, security, compliance, or related fields
Deep, hands-on experience solving complex IAM problem statements with demonstrable real-world implementations
Prior product management experience, or equivalent engineering experience solving critical IAM problems at scale
Experience in regulated industries, preferably financial services or mutual funds, with familiarity around compliance and regulatory best practices
Deep understanding of IAM concepts - authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and ABAC
Nice to have
Software engineering background, to effectively collaborate with engineers on platform-level IAM challengesKnowledge of KYC, AML, and SEBI regulations related to digital identity in the Mutual Funds domain
