About the role

Glance is hiring a Product Analyst to own entire projects independently with minimal handholding, spanning product analytics, dashboard development, reporting automation, and statistical modeling. You'll develop a strong understanding of Glance's underlying business and technical challenges, translating them into long-term, sustainable analytics solutions.

What you'll do

Own entire analytics projects end-to-end with minimal oversight

Build and maintain dashboards, reporting automations, and statistical models

Develop a strong understanding of Glance's business and technical challenges

Translate business problems into structured data analytics problems

Deliver long-term, sustainable analytics solutions rather than one-off reports

What we're looking for

3++ years of relevant experience

3+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or statistical analyst role

3+ years of hands-on work experience with SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, and Tableau or Power BI

Track record having developed and implemented at least 3 end-to-end analytics solutions

Ability to translate a business problem into a data analytics problem and deliver a sustainable solution

Comfort owning projects independently with high autonomy
