About the role

HighLevel is hiring a mobile engineer for its Client Portal Mobile Team, which enables creators and businesses to deliver branded experiences through the mobile app spanning courses, communities, bookings, and payments. You'll focus on new features, performance, and reliability of the app, working closely with product, design, and backend teams to strengthen its reputation among millions of users.

What you'll do

Contribute to design and development of high-performance, scalable mobile software

Build and ship production-grade Flutter features used daily by millions of users

Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams on end-to-end customer-facing features

Develop shared tooling, frameworks, and libraries improving developer velocity

Write clean, testable code leveraging AI-assisted tools while maintaining quality

What we're looking for

4++ years of relevant experience

4+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years of Flutter/Dart in production

Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, widget lifecycle, and state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, MobX)

Experience integrating and optimizing RESTful APIs with scalable backend systems

Proven ability to fix performance bottlenecks, memory issues, and frame drops across iOS and Android

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and mobile testing frameworks

Nice to have

Familiarity with cross-platform optimizations and native iOS/Android integrations
