About the role
HighLevel is hiring a Flutter engineer for its Mobile Platform team - a flexible, modular system powering a growing ecosystem of customizable business apps used by thousands of customers daily. You'll architect high-performance mobile software while pioneering how AI tooling can reliably assist every step of the development lifecycle.
What you'll do
Architect and own high-performance, scalable mobile software from design through long-term stability
Build production-grade Flutter apps used by thousands of customers daily
Leverage LLMs and AI tools to write, refactor, test, and debug code efficiently
Develop shared tooling, frameworks, and libraries that help other engineers build faster
Measure and improve app performance, test coverage, and build stability
What we're looking for
4++ years of relevant experience
4+ years of professional engineering experience, including 3+ years in Flutter/Dart
Demonstrated ability to architect maintainable, modular mobile systems
Mastery of Flutter internals, widget lifecycle, and state management (Provider, Freezed, Bloc, MobX)
Experience working with Protobuf/gRPC in Dart
Track record shipping and supporting large-scale mobile apps in production
Strong understanding of AI-driven development tools and prompt engineering
Nice to have
Contributions to AI tooling or Flutter open-source librariesExperience with hallucination mitigation strategies for AI-assisted code generation
