About the role
InMobi is hiring a Director of Product to build a scaled Commerce Exchange from the ground up within InMobi Exchange (IX), one of the world's largest mobile ad exchanges serving 100+ billion impressions monthly. You'll own strategy and execution for IX's commerce products across retailers, merchants, and retail media networks, defining how IX becomes the most performant, transparent environment for commerce advertisers.
What you'll do
Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Commerce Exchange from vision through execution
Translate the needs of retailers, merchants, and retail media networks into clear, actionable product requirements
Lead development of data, targeting, bidding, and measurement capabilities that differentiate IX in commerce advertising
Expand and activate omnichannel supply across app and web, ensuring strong attribution and addressability at scale
Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality products with predictable, efficient execution
What we're looking for
7++ years of relevant experience
7+ years of product management experience in advertising technology or retail media, with a demonstrable track record bringing commerce-driven products to market at scale
Deep understanding of programmatic marketplaces, retail media ecosystems, attribution frameworks, and addressability solutions
Strong familiarity with DSPs and commerce-focused buyers, and how they evaluate and activate against performance
High-ownership mindset with strong analytical skills, able to operate with clarity in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Exceptional communication skills, able to whiteboard with engineers and present a 3-year vision to executives
Nice to have
Bachelor's degree in a relevant disciplineMBA or MS is a plus
