About the role

Innovaccer is hiring a Product Manager for its Health Innovation team, at the forefront of health-tech product innovation and responsible for all phases from discovery through operations. As part of an entrepreneurial, cross-functional team supporting one customer directly, you'll focus on technology-driven value creation, deploying and building on Innovaccer's health cloud platform to tackle critical business problems.

What you'll do

Manage a dedicated development pod comprising FDEs, SDEs, QA engineers, DevOps, and UX Designers

Lead user adoption and change management activities during inception, UAT, and post-implementation

Apply agile development processes and best practices, including mid-development client reviews, for fast-paced and consistent delivery

Collaborate with team members across requirements gathering, testing, roll-out, and operations phases

What we're looking for

6++ years of relevant experience

6+ years of experience working on medium-to-large scale products

Experience with big data, cloud technologies, data management best practices, and data analytics is mandatory

A genuine interest in solving complex problems within the healthcare industry

prior healthcare experience is a bonus

Bachelor's or Master's degree with a strong technical bent of mind
