About the role

Meesho is hiring a Group Product Manager to lead a team of Product Managers, Senior PMs, and Product Analysts, acting as a cross-functional leader who influences stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Category Management, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. You'll define product vision and strategy for your org and drive it from problem discovery through go-to-market.

What you'll do

Define a compelling product vision and strategy for your org, influencing other functional leaders

Identify and prioritize problems, then facilitate the best technology-led ideas to solve them

Experiment with multiple ideas via MVPs and prototypes

Create a product roadmap with at least a 3-month forward-looking view

Lead, mentor, and coach a direct team of Product Managers and Product Analysts

What we're looking for

8++ years of relevant experience

8+ years of overall work experience, including 6+ years in product management at a tech-led company (consumer internet preferred)

Exceptional first-principles problem-solving skills

Good understanding of technology

Familiarity with product management processes such as A/B experimentation

Experience managing a direct reporting team of product managers
