About the role

Shuru Technologies is looking for a Product Manager to define product vision, positioning, and roadmap across client engagements in a fully remote, IT and product consulting environment. You'll convert business goals and customer requirements into structured product requirements and prioritized backlogs, acting as the primary liaison between customers, leadership, and engineering.

What you'll do

Product Strategy: Define product vision, positioning, and roadmap aligned with company growth objectives and client outcomes

Requirements Ownership: Convert business goals and customer requirements into clear, structured product requirements and prioritized backlogs

Outcome Alignment: Ensure product initiatives contribute directly to KPIs such as revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction

Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between customers, leadership, sales, and engineering, ensuring clarity and transparency

What we're looking for

Experience defining product vision, positioning, and roadmap aligned with business growth objectives
