About the role

SigNoz is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the product for its developer-infrastructure platform used by engineers every single day - a hands-on IC role, not a managerial one. You'll go deep on the product surface, talk to power users constantly, and ship things that make complex observability workflows feel obvious, spanning alerting and application performance monitoring.

What you'll do

Own the alerting experience end-to-end - rule creation, thresholds, anomaly detection, routing, and notifications

Cut alert fatigue through smarter grouping and signal-to-noise tuning so on-call engineers trust what fires

Shape the application performance monitoring experience - service maps, latency/error/throughput views, span analysis

Prioritize features based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals for maximum value and impact

Foster open communication and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless product delivery

What we're looking for

5++ years of relevant experience

Prior experience as a Senior Product Manager in an individual contributor capacity

Comfort working hands-on with a highly technical, demanding developer user base

Experience using data-driven decision making - surveys, user interviews, and analysis to shape product direction

Strong prioritization skills based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals

Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
