About the role

SigNoz is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own the reliability, scalability, and operability of the SigNoz cloud platform. You'll keep a petabyte-scale observability system fast and dependable, working across infrastructure, SaaS scalability, ingest pipelines, and the operational backbone of the product.

What you'll do

Own the reliability, scalability, and operability of the SigNoz cloud platform

Keep a petabyte-scale observability system fast and dependable

Scale the ingest path, making it robust to bursts while maintaining data freshness

Operate and tune ClickHouse and the data layer for performance and cost

Manage Kubernetes infrastructure - cluster operations, upgrades, multi-tenancy

What we're looking for

5++ years of relevant experience

Strong experience owning reliability and scalability of a production cloud platform at scale

Hands-on experience operating and tuning ClickHouse or similar data-layer technology for performance and cost

Experience managing Kubernetes infrastructure - cluster operations, upgrades, multi-tenancy

Experience scaling ingest paths robust to bursts while maintaining data freshness

Comfort with SLOs/SLIs, incident response, and building internal tooling
