About the role
SNIC Solutions is hiring a hands-on Senior Full-Stack Engineer for its Product Development team, building Factory Thread - a decision intelligence and integration platform helping factories digitize workflows end-to-end. You'll architect and scale high-performance applications spanning production monitoring, digital workflows, quality management, and predictive operations.
What you'll do
Build responsive, high-performance frontends using React and Next.js, including dashboards for operators and plant managers
Develop scalable backend services using Node.js and Fastify, designing core APIs for data ingestion and workflows
Implement secure authentication, RBAC, audit logs, and workflow logic
Deploy and manage systems on Azure, building production-ready on-prem deployments with Docker
Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices
What we're looking for
5 - 8+ years of relevant experience
5-8 years of full-stack development experience
Strong expertise with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js
Experience building production-ready dashboards or real-time applications
Proficient building APIs with Fastify or similar high-performance Node frameworks
Hands-on experience with Docker and container-based deployment, comfortable with Azure or similar cloud environments
Nice to have
Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial IoT systemsExperience instrumenting analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, etc.)Exposure to Flutter or mobile app development
