About the role
SNIC Solutions is hiring a contract-to-hire Senior Product Manager to take ownership of a working software platform and lead its evolution into a scalable, customer-facing product. Reporting to the Founder & Chief Product Officer, you'll work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and delivery teams to define product priorities and lead the product development process from discovery through delivery.
What you'll do
Own and drive the product roadmap based on user feedback, business goals, and technical input
Define clear, actionable product requirements aligned with real customer needs
Prioritize and manage the backlog to keep engineering focused on the most impactful work
Lead discovery efforts with customers and internal stakeholders to identify high-value problems
Collaborate with engineering on sprint planning, reviews, and high-quality product releases
What we're looking for
5++ years of relevant experience
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B software or platform company
Proven track record leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful products
Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, define product specs, and work closely with engineering
Experience working in early-stage or evolving product environments
Technical fluency - enough to understand tradeoffs and collaborate effectively with engineers
Nice to have
Experience with data platforms, edge computing, embedded systems, or industrial applicationsFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, or PostmanA background in engineering, data, or systems thinking
