About the role

Workloom (Tetriz) is hiring a GenAI Product Builder Intern to work on a real AI product used by engineering teams, owning problems end-to-end rather than assisting someone else. This is explicitly not a general internship - applicants should already have a portfolio of real, self-initiated work (projects, tools, or AI apps with genuine users or utility).

What you'll do

Build features end-to-end, from idea to production

Work with LLMs, APIs, and internal systems

Create tools that improve developer workflows

Ship fast, iterate, and improve based on real usage

What we're looking for

0+ years of relevant experience

A GitHub or portfolio that reads like real product work, not just coursework

Demonstrated initiative - projects built outside of college with real users or utility

Ability to explain why something should exist, not just how it was built

Comfort getting hands dirty and figuring things out independently

Nice to have

Writing publicly about what you buildPrior product launches, even small ones
