About the role

Workloom (Tetriz) is hiring an infrastructure engineer to fully own its environments, lead an upcoming cloud migration, and build the foundation for its AI workflows - systems requiring low-latency, highly resilient infrastructure to handle complex multi-agent orchestration. You'll architect the company's AI-first tech stack from scratch and own the transition from historical setups into a clean, modern, immutable framework.

What you'll do

Design, secure, and maintain cloud infrastructure, orchestration layers, and CI/CD pipelines for a new AI-first tech stack

Fully own and execute the transition of core infrastructure into a clean, modern, immutable framework

Implement deep monitoring, log aggregation, and real-time alerting to prevent silent failures in AI production loops

Work with GCP/AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, and Terraform/OpenTofu as the core stack

What we're looking for

2++ years of relevant experience

2+ years of core DevOps/Infrastructure experience

Strong fundamentals in network layers, operating system internals, and distributed systems

Experience with GCP/AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/OpenTofu)

Comfort working through ambiguity and shifting technical requirements in a fast-paced startup

Startup DNA - prior experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments strongly preferred
