About the role
Atomicwork is hiring a Product Manager to own its integration platform strategy, working closely with engineering and design to define how the company's AI-native service management product connects with the broader enterprise software ecosystem. This is a hybrid role based out of Bengaluru, driving cross-team collaboration on complex, multi-quarter initiatives.
What you'll do
Integration Strategy: Develop and own the integration roadmap to support growing customer needs in the ITSM domain
Cross-functional Collaboration: Manage cross-team collaboration and complex project schedules, removing roadblocks to drive completion
Discovery: Deeply understand problems through research, data, and customer conversations, defining problems and solutions with the team
Enablement: Work with designers and engineers to translate user needs into strong product decisions
Go-to-Market Support: Partner with sales and marketing to craft messaging and communicate product value
Quality Ownership: Own and maintain the quality of assigned product areas, aiming for world-class releases
What we're looking for
4++ years of relevant experience
4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within ITSM or related enterprise software
Proven track record managing product integrations, APIs, or third-party software ecosystems
Experience with integration platforms, API management, and data sync between enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, or HRMS
Strong problem-solving ability, comfortable switching between creative and analytical thinking
Strong communication skills, including documenting and presenting design ideas clearly
Passion for end-user experience and close attention to product detail
