About the role

Freshworks is hiring a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions with SaaS industry experience. You'll partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, enhance sales productivity, and ensure Salesforce best practices are applied across the organization.

What you'll do

Collaborate with internal teams to gather business requirements and design Sales Cloud solutions

Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud features - Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Forecasting, Territories, Quotes

Implement sales automation - lead routing, workflow automation, approval processes, validation rules

Ensure data integrity during migration and integrations with external systems

Act as the Salesforce subject matter expert for Sales Cloud, training business users on new features

What we're looking for

6 - 10++ years of relevant experience

Strong knowledge of Salesforce core architecture, declarative configuration, and Sales Cloud capabilities

Active Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant credential

Good technical knowledge of Apex code and Salesforce Flow

6-10+ years of Salesforce administration or consulting experience, including 1-2 years supporting SaaS or subscription businesses

Hands-on experience with CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud
