About the role
Pilgrim is hiring a Product Manager to enhance user experience, boost performance, and optimize conversions across its website and digital products. You'll define and execute the product roadmap, working closely with UI/UX, engineering, and operations teams to turn analytics and customer feedback into real improvements in the user journey.
What you'll do
Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs
Collaborate cross-functionally with UI/UX designers, engineering, and operations to deliver quality products
Use analytics, A/B testing, and customer feedback to optimize user journeys and conversion rates
Coordinate with data teams to gather insights from Shopify, CleverTap, and Google Analytics
Manage sprints, product releases, and launches - sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
What we're looking for
1 - 3+ years of relevant experience
1-3 years of B2C product management experience
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights and make data-driven decisions
Basic technical fluency in UI/UX principles, Shopify, and development fundamentals
Agile experience including sprint planning, backlog management, and product releases
Excellent communication skills able to mediate between technical and non-technical teams
Nice to have
Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologiesFamiliarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, or other integration technologiesKnowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation toolsExperience in e-commerce or digital product management
